Pollinators are dying now! Honeybees and other pollinators have lost their habitats all over the United States. About one-third of the world’s agriculture depends on pollination. Without pollinators, we wouldn’t have flower reproduction. Around 25 percent of mammals and birds need the fruits and seeds produced by pollinators.

I feel strongly that the pollinator problem needs to be addressed. Pollinators are insects that cause plants to make fruits and seeds. They are very important to the environment. Pollinators don’t seem like a big deal, but 85 percent of plants are unable to produce seeds or fruit without pollinators.

To help decrease this problem, farmers and people like you can stop ruining pollinator’s habitats. Stop using chemicals that kill them.
